Can I use Lillio Academy for PD hours in Vermont?
Yes! Lillio Academy is approved by Northern Lights at Community College of Vermont and is part of the Step Ahead Recognition System (STARS).
Please Note: All Webinars and Lillio Basic Courses must NOT be submitted to your registry. They do not meet specific learning requirements for the state and will not be accepted if submitted.
Sign up for Lillio Academy to complete your professional development hours at your convenience! You can work at your own pace from wherever you want. Once you complete a course, you can download your certificate!
Vermont Child Care Training Requirements:
In accordance with CBCCPP Section 7.4, all providers in the state of Vermont are required to complete 15 hours of professional development annually. All staff are required to be actively engaged in professional development activities as specified in their Individual Professional Development Plan (IPDP). CPR and First Aid training do not count towards annual professional development requirements.
All professional development activities meeting Northern Lights at CCV criteria should be verified and documented in the individual’s BFIS Quality and Credential Account. Professional development hours may be applied toward meeting the individual’s IPDP.
