Debbie Keiser is the National Alignment Specialist and Digital Curriculum Manager at Lillio. She holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s in education psychology with an emphasis in gifted education. Debbie has over 30 years of experience in education working as a teacher, curriculum writer/e-learning coordinator, publisher, and a professional development specialist, and has presented at local, state, national, international, and virtual education conferences. She owned a small publishing company for several years and earned the National Association for Gifted Children Curriculum Award in 2002 and 2003. Debbie is married with one daughter and enjoys cooking, gardening, and traveling with her family.

Laura Bridgewater brings a diversified professional background to her work as a Senior Product Manager at Lillio. She worked in classrooms early in her career before shifting to business analysis and ultimately product management, where she has focused on supporting educators and students from early education through high school. Laura's products have ranged from weekly planning tools to an audiobook solution and tool that distributes funding to close the digital divide. Her passion for supporting educators resides in her DNA, as her mother is a dedicated long-term educator, and Laura believes all educators deserves both effective and delightful tools as they perform their impactful work.
