Sign up for Lillio Academy to complete your professional development hours at your convenience! You can work at your own pace from wherever you want. Once you complete a course, you can download your certificate! Your attendance will be submitted to The Michigan Registry.
Michigan Child Care Training Requirements:
All childcare staff members who work directly with children shall complete 16 clock hours of professional development annually on topics relevant to job responsibilities that include, but are not limited to, any of the following subjects:
Child development and learning
Health, safety, and nutrition
Family and community collaboration
Program management
Teaching and learning
Observation, documentation, and assessment
Interactions and guidance
Child care center administrative rules
