In this webinar we welcomed Andrew and Ronald Roszak from The Institute for Childhood Preparedness! Andy and Ron dived into the most common security and safety issues that are seen in childcare, especially around the holidays, and how we can take actionable steps to be more prepared. They shed light on the biggest trends they are seeing in society after two years of COVID (such as frustration and an increase in violence) and how shifting the way we approach staff training, from a chore to an investment, can help us be more prepared for the future.
