Catherine I would like to express to you how much I look up to you with respect as a leader and woman. The first day you started working at Dorchester Head Start you introduced yourself to everyone and I was embraced with a smile and hug. You came in and made changes for the better of the program and parents also for your staff. Catherine you always supported my family and I though good and bad times. We’ve laughed and cried together many many times throughout my years working here at Dorchester Head Start. Catherine I’ve came to your office privately and I knew that you might have been busy, but you always made time to listen. Catherine my family and I will always have a special spot in our heart for you, and I want to say that we LOVE YOU SO MUCH. THANK YOU❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️I’m actually crying as I’m typing this to you. Children are asking me questions why I’m I crying.

I have been working for Stacie for 2 years and from the moment that I walked into her center I felt welcomed and very comfortable. I work with amazing people everyday. I tell her all the time it feels like home when I'm here. She is very caring and loving to all of the staff, children, and their parents. She is a good listener and give's great advise when you have any concerns. I want to wish her a wonderful Valentine's Day filled with the love and joy that she spreads to people everyday.

I picked Mrs. Benny to be my Valentine because: I want to recognize your outstanding work, I appreciate the way you treat the children in your classroom and the others as well. You follow your schedule 110% for the children to know that a routine is important now and the rest of their lives, the way how you are building these children's strong foundation for a steady future is just awesome. The way you allow them to make their own choices helps them to have the power to make decisions which it makes a significant impact in their lives either in a good or bad way because they both have consequences that will affect them to go to the right or wrong direction and you are always there to remind them how the last choice worked. Thank you for being a great teacher because you care not just about academics but the most important, you care about preparing them for their future lives with good choices and become good people and help each other in the community (family, friends, neighborhood, at work and everywhere).

I am so grateful for having you in my team, and for being a great roll model for all of us!!
